Boys

Garrett 82, Hamilton 58: Kamron Yarion scored 35 points and Micah Malcolm 18 as the Railroaders won at home. Yarion also had 10 rebounds. Jack Hill led Hamilton with 19 points.

Jay County 54, Muncie Central 47: Jay Houck scored 13 points to move into fourth place on the Patriots' all-time career scoring list. He now has 930 points in his career.

Bluffton 42, Winchester 32: Mitchell Kuhlenbeck, Max Corle and Rylie Johnson each scored nine points to lead the Tigers.

Huntington North/Columbia City Tournament

Hamilton Southeastern 52, Huntington North 47: The Vikings fell despite 18 points from Chazz Bruce and 16 from Hunter Hollowell.

Valparaiso 46, Huntington North 36: The Vikings got scoring from nine different players, but none in double figures as they fell to Valparaiso, coached by former Northrop head coach Barak Coolman. Chazz Bruce led the was with eight points followed by seven from Hunter Hollowell.

Blackhawk Christian 87, Gary Lighthouse 76: Lucas Kroft scored 30 points and Frank Davidson added 19 for the Braves. Devin Donaldson and Jalan Mull each added 11.

1st place game: Hamilton Southeastern 83, Merrillville 75

3rd place game: Valpariaso 46, Huntington North 36

5th place game: New Haven 85, Horizon Christian 68

7th place game: Lake Central 70, Leo 46

9th place game: Norwell 63, Blackhawk Christian 62

11th place game: Columbia City 63, Gary Lighthouse 46

Girls

Bellmont 47, Bluffton 34: The Tigers got seven points each from Gabrielle Streveler, Jamie Myers and Autumn Moriarity but lost on the road. Bellmont was led by 14 points from Grace Hunter and 11 from Alyssa Selking.

Norwell 51, Plymouth 40: Kaylee Roller scored 17 and had four assists to lead the Knights. Logan Rowles scored 15 points.

Garrett 49, Hamilton 35: Makenzie Casselman scored 17 points, Drue Bodey added 11 and Megan Newby had 10 for the Railroaders.

Amy Meyer Holiday Tournament

South Adams 65, Union 15 :Lexi Dellinger set a new school record with 41 points, hitting on seven three-pointers in the semi-final win.

Monroe Central 51, South Adams 37:
Lexi Dellinger scored 14 as the Starfires lost to the number-8 team in Class 2A in the tournament championship game.
