Last month, my City Utilities bill was $99, actually read, they said. Would not re-read and come to my home and check the meter. This month, my City Utilities bill is $56, actual read again they say. Now, if last month's read was wrong, wouldn't you think I would have a credit? Obviously a misread. What do they do with all the extra money they are collecting? ... Forty dollars would buy some needed groceries.
What is with the downtown post office? Morning, afternoon and evening, the boxes are always full and you cannot put any mail into the boxes. So I took my umbrella and shoved the mail down so I could mail my letters. Now I wonder if my mail got to the destination where it was going or was it lost? Those boxes should be emptied at least twice a day. Not once at 7 p.m. as the sign says.
Yes, Bashar Assad, whether a person dies from being gassed or denied health care, the result is the same. And if you believe those in Congress, who have allowed for the merciless greed in our medical prescription and insurance companies, are going to provide a cheaper coverage that covers everyone, you must be living in a fantasy land.
... (A news story) Thursday, May 4, explained ... (a grocery store chain's) expansion with added departments and 125 additional jobs. Now we know the reason for dropping the discount for seniors (who don't have the employment due to age), at the checkouts each week of shopping. Shame on ... (the grocer)!

When are people going to wake up and see the Republican Party for what it really is and reject it once and for all?
