I am looking for a free lawyer who is interested in suing the state of Indiana regarding the present fireworks law.
I think that people should be able to set off as many fireworks as they wish any time of day on any day they wish as long as they can contain the noise and smoke to their own property. I feel it violates my rights as a property owner when it invades my property and home.
I have an equal right to the peaceful enjoyment of my home. As the law is written, I am subject to others' noise, and it is a violation of my rights as a property owner. Any lawyers want to take this on? Please let me know. It might be very interesting.
