When I lived overseas in the '60s, first in Taiwan, then in Germany, I was surprised to find in both countries, if a person was a legal resident of that country and moved, they had a week to report their new address to the closest police station.

Is that what is happening to us with the request of our information to be given to the “Fraud Police”? It may not be that way in those countries now, who knows?
