Kevin Leininger's byline in the July 8th edition of The News-Sentinel chides an article in your paper appearing as an AP news release. I agree with Kevin about AP. This service is definitely biased against Trump and his administration. Not only that, but the AP article also smells highly of sloppy and misinformed journalism.
However, as usual, Kevin's conservative article has the NS disclaimer that his opinion doesn't necessarily represent the NS. And yet, you, The News-Sentinel claim to be conservative in your stance.
To even more emphasize the discord, a cartoon in the same issue by Stahler compares Trump to that out-of-control dictator of North Korea. That would be like comparing Hitler to FDR in the '40's
Maybe your budget is so tight that you have to use AP service, and I suspect that that the cartoons are part of the deal.
Maybe you should drop the cartoons. However, since your Rant column generates 10 times or more space than your 'attaboy' column, it might be too much to expect. After all, If it bleeds, it leads.
