Boy 'good' condition after shooting

Fort Wayne Police responded to a shooting of a boy Friday morning.

Officers arrived at about 6:37 a.m. Friday in the 5000 block of Blum Drive, where they were unable to locate a victim at the scene. A short time later the victim arrived at a local hospital by private means suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The injury was nonlife-threatening and juvenile was listed in good condition.

There is no suspect information and no arrests have been made. Anyone with information should call the Detective Bureau at 427-1201 or Crime Stoppers at 436-7867. This shooting remains under investigation.
