Investigators with the Defiance Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol blame drugs and speed for a single-vehicle injury crash that occurred Wednesday evening 4 miles west of the city of Bryan.
At around 7:17 p.m. a 1999 Honda Civic being driven by James Aaron Harrington, 26, of Martin, Mich., was northbound on County Road 10, 0.2 mile south of County Road G.
