Anthis culinary students create festive brunch

Fort Wayne Community Schools Career Academy at Anthis culinary arts students prepared and served entrees, side dishes, drinks and desserts at a holiday brunch Tuesday morning. Also, Anthis will have a Holiday Tasting, a Barr Street holiday tradition. It will be held in the Barr Street Café 1:30-3 p.m. Friday. Cost is $15 per person. This will be a heavy hors d’oeuvres event that will include baked Brie, mini crab cakes and beef Wellington with a dessert cart and cupcake Christmas tree. Reservations are required by calling Stephanie Wheeler at 467-1031 or email Stephanie.wheeler@fwcs.k12.in.us.
