First course: Catalonian tomato toast
Second course: Gazpacho with sour cream
Third course: Skewered meatballs with Spanish vegetables
Fourth course: Fruit- and nut-stuffed pork tenderloin
Fifth course: Cheese plate with Manchego, Mahón, and cabrales
Sixth course: Dessert

Dinners are served in the Hospitality Room (Go through Door 24, at the back of the building that faces Coliseum Boulevard) on the Coliseum Campus, 3800 N. Anthony Blvd. They cost $25. Pay on-site with cash, check or credit card.
Wine is available for $5 a glass or $15 a bottle.
Roanoke pastry chef Anna Roudebush has announced that specialty coffee beverages and a selection of gluten-free or vegan options are now available at her bakery, Proper Pastry, as well as through the company’s catering services.
Proper Pastry also has added online ordering through its website, www.properpastry.com. Orders can be picked up during store hours, which are 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.
Proper Pastry started in 2014 as a gourmet pastry catering company and opened its storefront in 2015 at 139 N. Main St. in Roanoke.
Menu items include a bear claw made with a vanilla bean pastry cream-filled croissant with an oatmeal crumble and cinnamon glaze, a berry cheesecake croissant and a vegetarian croissant filled with spinach, red pepper and feta cheese.
National Pretzel Day is April 26 and Ben’s Soft Pretzels is celebrating by giving away free pretzels with a minimum $1 donation to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund from 1-7 p.m.
Last year Ben’s raised over $30,000 on National Pretzel Day. It has a location in the Jefferson Pointe Food Court, 4130 W. Jefferson Blvd.
