Homestead seniors Karissa McLaughlin and Madisen Parker will end their prep playing careers on the big stage — representing Indiana against Kentucky.  The duo was named Wednesday to the Indiana Senior All-Star Team.

McLaughlin, Parker and 11 other players will take on Kentucky in June, with the first game schedule for June 10 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse and the second one day later at Central Hardin High School in Elizabethtown, Ky.

McLaughlin averaged 25.9 points and 5.6 assists as a senior as Homestead captured its first-ever state crown in girls basketball. Teammate Madisen Parker averaged 16.8 points and 4.4 assists for the Spartans.

McLaughlin could end up wearing the No. 1 jersey for Indiana in this year's games awarded to Indiana Miss Basketball. The honor will be presented at the Indiana Sports Awards banquet in Indianapolis on April 27.

The Indiana All-Star Team will be looking to extend a seven-game winning streak against Kentucky.

Dana Evans, Gary West

Maliah Howard-Bass, Columbus North

Nicole Konieczny, South Bend St. Joseph

Rachel McLimore, Zionsville

Destiny Perkins, Lawrence North

Zion Sanders, Evansville Central

Ajanae’ Thomas, North Central
