The Indianapolis Star announced the four finalists for this year's Indiana Mr. Basketball award on Wednesday, with Snider's Malik Williams among the contenders.
The Louisville commitment joins Cloverdale's Cooper Neese, Castle's Jack Nunge and North Central's Kris Wilkes as those in contention for the coveted honor.
Williams led the Panthers to a 17-7 record and their first SAC championship since 2009. The 7-footer averaged 21.5 points, 12.5 rebounds and 4 blocked shots while shooting 36 percent (44-of-122) from three-point range.
The 2017 Indiana Mr. Basketball will be named at the Indiana Sports Awards in Indianapolis on April 27.
