Truck taken during home invasion reportedly found in Fort Wayne

A red truck that was taken during an early Friday home invasion in Noble County was reportedly found in Fort Wayne on Friday afternoon.According to Fort Wayne Police Department radio traffic and news partner WANE Ch. 15, the truck, reportedly a red Ford F-150, was spotted in Fort Wayne around 3 p.m., with police notifying the media later that afternoon. No further information has been released.

The vehicle was reportedly taken during a home invasion that took place in LaOtto, in Noble County, when two men reportedly broke into a home, woke up its two residents, and then tied them up and ransacked the home.

According to WANE, the intruders then stayed for hours after, leaving around 7 a.m. The residents were then able to free themselves and call for assistance.
