Junior League's New to You Sale will be Nov. 9 in new location

The Junior League of Fort Wayne's (JLFW) annual New to You Sale will take place in a new location this year — the former Design Guild building at 3201 St. Joe Center Road, in Riviera Plaza shopping center at St. Joe Center and St. Joe roads.The sale 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Nov. 9 will feature gently used clothes, home goods, furniture, toys, books, sporting goods and electronics at garage sale prices.

The Bag Sale from 2 to 3 p.m. will allow shoppers to fill small provided bags for $5 or large provided bags for $10.

Money raised at the New to You Sale will support current and future community projects, a news release said.

The Junior League currently is seeking donations of items for the sale. They can be dropped off at the sale site noon-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; 5:30-8:30 p.m. Monday; 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 5:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday; and 5:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The New to You Sale had been held in recent years in the former Marshall Field's department store space at Glenbrook Square. Fort Wayne's first Carson's department store opened in that space Sept. 10.
