Wells County YMCA has hired Suzanne Batdorff as program director. She is a Ball State University alumnus and holds a bachelor's degree in health science.

PUNCH Films has added John Hartman as cinematographer/editor and Amber Recker as director of marketing and development. Hartman has more than 14 years experience in video production, having worked several years for a local news station and as a freelancer. . Recker brings over seven years of marketing and public relations experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors and 15 years of writing experience.

PMG Agency announces that Dan Hovanec has joined their team of health insurance advisors as a large-group benefits specialist. He will assist employer groups with their group health plan, ACA information, health insurance options and strategies. This will include fully insured and self-funded options for large employers. He earned a degree in mathematics from the University of Detroit and has more than 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry and has been working with the employer group health insurance plans for the last 25 years.

Parkview Physicians Group family physician Rhonda Sharp, M.D., was recently re-elected as assistant treasurer of the Indiana State Medical Association for a second one-year term at the ISMA 164th annual convention held in Indianapolis. She is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine and is board certified in family medicine.

Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana has hired Stacey Stumpf as director of marketing and development. She will be leading the organization's development and fundraising efforts and will be responsible for special events, grant writing, donor relations, public relations and social media.

U. S. Rep. Marlin Stutzman (R-3rd) has appointed Zach Rodgers to serve as a Veteran Affairs caseworker in the Fort Wayne office. Rodgers will assist Hoosier veterans with Veteran Affairs casework and assist Stutzman with community outreach in Indiana's 3rd congressional district. He is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis.

ProFed Federal Credit Union has promoted Katie Hirsh to assistant vice president/Visa. She will oversee the daily functions of the Visa operations area and Emily Witte has been promoted to assistant vice president/main branch manager. She will direct all branch deposits and lending operations.
