A man and woman were confronted early Wednesday morning by three men armed with handguns who came into their bedroom as they watched television.

The victims were not injured during the invasion of their Sandpoint Road home. One of the robbers demanded money from them, and the man turned over all the money he had. The woman tried to give the robbers a diamond bracelet she was wearing, but the armed men refused to take the piece of jewelry.

The victims described the robbers as white men in their early 20s, all wearing black shorts, black stocking caps and dark-colored bandanas over their faces. One of the men wore a baggy red T-shirt; another wore a white tank-top undershirt. The guns they carried were all black snub-nose revolvers, the victims told police.
