Science Central's Catapult Chaos features medieval machinery

Bags of flour and juicy melons flew through the air Thursday afternoon at Science Central's Catapult Chaos.

Four teams competed in the fifth annual event, which featured custom-made trebuchets and far-flying foods on the lawn of Science Central, 1950 N. Clinton Street.

The afternoon of engineering was a part of Fort Wayne Newspapers Three Rivers Festival.
