•Strebig Construction, Fort Wayne, is starting Phase 3 of construction for the Parkview Occupational Health Department. Work consists of completing the interior build-out in the balance of the newly occupied building in order for the Parkview department to fully occupy the space. Work is to be completed in August.
In addition, the company has been awarded by Fort Wayne Community Schools the Northwood Middle School kitchen and cafeteria renovation. The school is also receiving new kitchen equipment. Work begins Wednesday and completes Aug. 8.
•R.E. Crosby, Fort Wayne, has been awarded a project by the Town of Millersburg, upgrades and improvements to the town's wastewater treatment plant.
•Felderman Design-Build, Fort Wayne, has been awarded a contract by Senior Benefits/Collier Financial to design and construct a 5,000-square-foot office building at State Boulevard and Reed Road.
•LABOV Marketing Communications and Training, Fort Wayne, has refreshed its branding, revealing a new logo and brand essence statement.
•Hagerman (HI), Fort Wayne, has been awarded the Costco new Ground-Up Warehouse Project, with Jackson Dean Construction serving as the construction manager.
In addition, the Hagerman Construction Corp. (HCC) Masonry Department, Fort Wayne, was awarded the Costco Wholesale Corp. Warehouse project masonry work which will include foundation walls and decorative stem walls.
•Briner Building, Bluffton, has been awarded the contract to design and build a 39,120-square-foot plant expansion for Key Fasteners Corp., Berne. The facility expansion is to be competed by Dec. 20.
