PROPOGATING PLANTS FROM STEM CUTTINGS: 7 p.m., Allen County Cooperative Extension Office, 4001 Crescent Ave. $1; bring cuttings from favorite outdoor/indoor plants; 4-inch or 6-inch pot; clippers. Cuttings should be 4-6 inches long. You should be able to fit 6-10 cuttings in a 4-inch or 6-inch pot so bring cuttings to share. Wrap the cuttings immediately in wet paper towels and place in a plastic bag.
