BBBS hosts eco-carnival
Big Brothers Big Sisters will hold a BIG little eco-carnivval 1-4 p.m. April 20 at Coca-Cola Refreshments, 5010 Airport Expressway. The eco-carnival will have games, face painting, balloon animals, art stations, gardening booths, egg hunt and other activities. Rainwater barrels will be distributed, while supplies last, to attendees who make a donation to BBBS. Call 747-1084 to schedule a pick-up time.
Nonprofit to raffle car
The Arc of Indiana will raffle a 1956 Chevy to commemorate the year its was founded. Tickets cost $10 each, and the winner will be announced Nov. 6 at the Arc of Indiana annual state conference in Carmel. Tickets are available at http://fifthfreedom.org/u/ml.
