No people were hurt in a Tuesday morning house fire on Felician Street, but two cats died.
Fort Wayne firefighters were called to a fire in the 3300 block of Felician at 9:15 a.m., arrived two minutes later and had the fire under control at 9:25.
No one was inside the house at the time of the fire, but two pet cats died, firefighters said. After firefighters extinguished the flames, they found heavy fire damage on the first floor and moderate water and smoke damage throughout the house. The fire is still under investigation.
