Allen County Prosecutor: No charges for ex-Luers coach/AD Matt Lindsay

Matt Lindsay, the former head football coach and athletic director at Bishop Luers High School, will not face charges after an investigation into possible illegal images on computers resulted in no such images being found.According to a news release from the Allen County Prosecutor's Office, a forensic examination was performed on Lindsay's work computer and other unspecified items by the Allen County Sheriff's Department. Those, according to the release, contained no illegal images, with no nudity and no images taken in an area "in which there was an expectation of privacy.

The release noted that Lindsay's personal computer could not be located.

A call to a phone number once held by Lindsay was placed but found to be no longer in service.
