Allen County Republican Chairman Steve Shine has been endorsed by U.S. Rep. Marlin Stutzman, R-3rd, in his bid to keep the job he has held for 20 years. At least one challenger has emerged for the caucus to be held March 2 at 9 a.m. at South Side High School: tea party activist Jason Arp.
Shine, who officially announced his re-election bid Monday, called the conservative Stutzman's endorsement “an honor.”
