According to one employee, he was near the fryer when two men entered dressed in dark clothing. They pointed a silver handgun at him and told him to get on the ground, he did. The employee behind the counter said one of the men, who was dressed in a red shirt, put a gun in her face and told her to get on the ground. She complied but was then told to open the cash register. She couldn't open it so she tried to call the manager; one of the men then ran to the manager's office. The robbers then fled the business out the east door.
The manager had been outside changing the sign when the business was robbed, according to the report. Three women were reportedly in the restaurant when the robbery happened but said they hadn't been aware of what was going on.

The man reportedly pushed her against the wall in the doorway, put a gun to her head and demanded money, but the woman told him she didn't have any. According to the affidavit, the robber allegedly started patting down her pockets, telling her that he should rape her after he didn't find any money. He reportedly put his hands down her shirt before she pushed him off and ran into the building, shutting the door behind her.
She heard what she thought were three gunshots as she continued running upstairs. Fort Wayne Police located one spent shell casing and there was a bullet hole in the outer door, according to court documents.
Officers noticed a set of fresh, distinct footprints in the snow, which they followed to the house on Hoagland Avenue. Robert was found at that address and arrested.A woman who allegedly was driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle has been charged with two felonies.
Sylvia Zin, 36, of 9606 Hidden Village Place, has been charged in Allen Superior Court with Class D felony driving while intoxicated and neglect of a dependent.
According to court documents, the charges stem from an alleged incident on Dec. 31, when Allen County Police reported seeing Zin strike a curb five to six times and then almost sideswipe a white Dodge Charger, prior to being stopped by officers.
Zin allegedly had her 7-year-old son in the car at the time, according to court documents.
