Lunches are served at all nutrition sites served by Aging and In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana Inc., and are available for delivery to homebound clients. Preregistration is required. In Allen County, nutrition sites are located at: Edsall House, 300 W. Berry St.; North Highlands Hi-rise, 2100 St. Mary's Ave.; and Tall Oaks Hi-rise, 7300 Decatur Road, where lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. Other sites are listed online at www.agingihs.org/programs/mealsites.php. The following meals are planned Dec. 10-14:
Monday: Lemon-pepper crumb cod, tartar cause, spinach, peas and corn, wheat bread, pudding cup, milk
Tuesday: Four-cheese ravioli with spicy tomato sauce, cranberry beans, cauliflower, tropical fruit salad, milk
Wednesday: Baked chicken with salsa, seasoned black beans, shoepeg corn, corn muffin, mandarin oranges, milk
Thursday: Roast pork with spiced orange sauce, new potatoes, vegetable blend, wheat bread, Fig Newtons, milk
Friday: Cheesy smothered chopped steak, white and wild rice, Italian green beans, fresh orange, wheat bread, milk
