Austin, the 1988 Mr. Basketball at Richmond High School, averaged 11.6 points and 3.1 rebounds per game for the Boilermakers from 1989-92. He was a first-team All-Big Ten selection as a senior, and currently ranks fourth in Purdue history in three-point field goal percentage (.439) and 39th in scoring (1,076).
Riley was an Indiana All-Star out of Harding High School in 1988. He averaged 5.9 points and 2.6 rebounds for the Boilers from 1989-92, and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors three times.
Gary is in his second season as an assistant coach at Purdue, as was all-state selection out of Anderson Highland High School in 1988. He played college ball at Aquinas College in Nashville before moving on to Tulane, where he finished his career as the school's all-time leader in assists.
The Silver Anniversary Team will be honored at the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame's annual banquet on March 20, 2013. A midday reception, free and open to the public, will be held at the Hall of Fame museum in New Castle, and the banquet will be held that evening at the Primo Banquet Hall in Indianapolis.
