Worker reportedly receives electrical shock
Fort Wayne medical crews were called at 8:45 a.m. to Wise Business Forms to a report of someone receiving an electrical shock. The person came in contact with a 110-volt source at the business, 4301 Merchant Road, but was conscious and breathing, according to police scanner traffic.
