The Allen County Council of Veterans will hold its annual Veterans Day Parade Saturday, ending at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum for a ceremony in Memorial Hall. Parade participants will line up at 10 a.m. at the corner of State Street and Parnell Avenue. The parade will start at 11 a.m. and travel north on Parnell Avenue to the Memorial Coliseum, Coliseum officials say. Guests attending the ceremony will be directed to enter the Parnell Avenue employee parking lot entrance and to Memorial Hall, on the north end of the building. The ceremony will be held immediately following the parade.
