Asher Agency, a full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency, has acquired Smartguys Advertising & Design, according to a news release.
Kelly Gayer, owner of Smartguys, will join Asher Agency as vice president/creative director. Gayer served as Asher's creative director 1991-2000.
