Cold temperatures and a little rain didn't seem to slow down the crowd of candy- hunting Halloween tricksters in Fort Wayne on Wednesday evening. In Southwood Park on the south side steady streams of Halloween-costumed kids went door to door making the holiday demand, "Trick or treat."
