New Haven Parks and Recreation will hold its Halloween Carnival for youth 5-6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Park Hill gymnasium, 1000 Prospect Ave.
Traditionally, this event is held at Schnelker Park in New Haven, however, due to the inclement weather, a decision has been made to collaborate with East Allen County Schools and move the event indoors.
Activities and events include a bean bag toss, a free throw competition, a pumpkin decorating activity table. All events are free and children will receive candy prizes for the activities.
