City work crews searching for and repairing a water-main break at Lafayette Street and Rudisill Boulevard will restrict traffic there beginning at 10 p.m. Wednesday. Repair work should be finished by 6 a.m.
Water Maintenance Department crews will be excavating both north and south of Rudisill Blvd. on Lafayette St. to find and fix the break. The construction may take them into the intersection, depending on the location of the break.
While traffic will be maintained, motorists may some congestion and delays as traffic lanes on these two arterials are restricted, the city reported today.
